creamy coconut milk
what do i need?
5 cups filtered water
4 cups coconut flakes
1 x nut milk bag
what do i do?
- add water and coconut to a blender, and blend for several minutes until warm.
- pour into a bowl, through a nut milk bag.
- squeeze out liquid.
- store in a clean bottle in the fridge up to for 3-4 days
use leftover coconut pulp in desserts, smoothies, or baking.
